When you taught something to someone

IELTS Cue Card/ Candidate Task Card 355 with Model Answer:

Model Answer: Thank you very much for this nice cue card topic. To get to the details, it was all about creating a presentation and a subordinate of mine appeared before me. He was a fresh graduate from a local university in Greece. He was told to make a presentation on strategic planning for the next six months for the company. And he was unable to make a presentation using MS PowerPoint.

Model Answer: The problem I would like to talk about that I solved for a friend was related to the way he used his mobile phone. My friend was experiencing the trouble and almost all the applications were crashing after their launch. Even the phone remained nonresponsive in a regular interval. She was using an iPhone 5S. And it had some issues that she could not bear with. So, she came to me for a solution.

Model Answer: Mr Robertson is the CEO of my office and a hard worker. I have never seen such an active person like him before in my career. He is a very smart person and has a short beard.
