But the open markets (commonly known as outdoor markets) are the traditional marketplaces in the country for shopping. It is like a culture to go shopping under the open air. There are few open-air markets available in Saigon (officially known as Ho Chi Minh City) and those are different from the other contemporary markets. Both the natives and the global tourists come here to buy their
