Introduction:
I think that weather plays an important role in our daily lives, and it can have a significant impact on our plans and activities. Thus I have different types of memories of events based on different weather conditions. I vividly remember a time when I encountered extremely bad weather, and it disrupted my plans, and for this topic, I am going to share this experience with you.

When it was:
It was a few years ago when I was travelling to a nearby town for a family gathering. The trip was planned for the weekend, and I was looking forward to spending some quality time with my family.

What the weather was like:
However, on the day of the trip, the weather was terrible. It was raining heavily, and the winds were blowing fiercely. The roads were flooded, and visibility was very poor. The weather was so bad that it was difficult to even step outside.

How it affected your plan:
The bad weather severely affected my travel plans. The roads were unsafe, and it was impossible to drive in such conditions. As a result, I had to cancel my trip, and I was extremely disappointed as I had been looking forward to the gathering for a long time.

And explain how you felt about it:
I felt very disappointed and frustrated about the whole situation. It was a letdown, as I had planned the trip for weeks and was eagerly looking forward to it. Moreover, I was also sad as I had to miss out on the opportunity to spend time with my family. The bad weather had ruined my plans, and it had left me feeling down and disheartened.
