Model Answer:
I have been lucky to know a good number of people who just happen to know how to take care of things well whether they are doing it in their personal life or professional life. Today, I would like to talk about one of these persons who is none other than a good co-worker of mine.

I have known this fellow worker of mine for more than a few years who joined our steel sheet manufacturing company as a junior quality assurance manager. From the way he was conducting his job affairs and taking care of the things, which he was responsible for, one could easily say that he was very much on top of his game. In fact, after he started working for our company, we have received very few, if any at all, complaints about our steel-made products in our area.

However, little did I know that he was not only a great quality assurance manager but also a great employee trainer who knew how to motivate and train his fellow staff when they are dealing with work-related stress at work. And I came to know about this when I saw him one day conducting a training class for our junior staff members from all departments, including accounting, production, customer service and logistics.

Later on, as a senior officer at accounting department, I asked my subordinate about how he was learning from his new trainer, he simply told me that after attending the training session of our new trainer, he actually now enjoys the work-related challenges and stress instead of being afraid of it. Now, that was quite a powerful statement from a junior staff who joined our company only a few weeks ago.

I think that this person is good at training fellow employees because he perfectly understands their limitations. He does this training thing so well, probably also because he never stops learning things that are related to professional development.  Finally, he is good at what he does also because he has great communication skills.

We started our journey from the vibrant city of Da Nang and headed south toward the historic town of Hoi An, riding along winding roads that hugged the breathtaking coastline. My travel companion on this journey was my closest friend, Andrew, who, like me, has always had a passion for exploring off-the-beaten-path locations.
