and explain why it would be the perfect home for you.

Model Answer 1:
To tell the truth, the idea of a perfect home has eluded me for a long time because the idea doesn’t stick in my mind for too long. If I have one idea today, it is replaced with another the next day. But, still, I will try my best to describe my perfect home today without sounding too much “incoherent”.

My perfect home should be preferably located in the countryside and close to a tulip garden. It should be a duplex home with at least 4 rooms on one side of the building while the kitchen and living room should be located on the other side. Each room should be at least 350 square feet each with one balcony for each room.

All the rooms should have corridors, leading to each door, in order to ensure enough privacy for everybody. The home should have enough ventilation facilities so that the fragrance of the tulip garden can enter the home. It should also have large windows so that a perfect view of the tulip garden can be captured from inside the duplex.

The duplex should be about 4500 square feet with all kinds of modern amenities, such as internet and satellite TV network. The kitchen should be spacious and fully equipped with all kinds of modern amenities, including dishwashing and laundry facilities in a master closet. Besides, I would also prefer the colours of all the furniture and fittings inside the duplex to be matching the colour of the wall painting. Finally, the balconies of my home should also be spacious enough to accommodate a few large flower pots to render a natural look to my home.

This is a perfect home for me, primarily because it is spacious enough to organize all my things in an artistic manner. I would consider it my perfect home also because it would allow me to remain close to mother nature in the countryside while watching the beautiful tulip garden. Besides, it is a perfect home for me also because it will ensure enough privacy for occupants of all the rooms due to its good layout.

Sample Answer 2:
First, I would like to thank you for providing me with this topic. This is quite an interesting one and I will describe my inner feeling of mine regarding a house that I dream to have.

I believe that a house is a place where happiness lives. I can picture a house filled with inner and outer happiness. It would be at a wonderful location but I would prefer an area with plants and foliage. It would be best for me if I can manage space adjacent to any countryside as it usually provides sensational natural views. I want to enjoy the fresh breeze around me and only the countryside can render that.

I will possibly live alone and that's why I do not need a large house to live in. There should be a bedroom, a guest room, a kitchen, a storage room and a living space. Of course, the house should also come with a small library and a music station. Reading books while also playing soft music is a hobby I enjoy.

The outlook of the house needs to be wonderful. Though many people may oppose my views, I would not step down from my stance to have a tally-built roof. It also should be a single-storied house that must have a garden in front of it. As a matter of fact, enjoying solitude amid the greeneries will render a pleasant feeling. Besides, there should be a small swimming pool near the garden where I will swim every morning.

If all the things could be arranged, it would be a perfect home for me. As it is said earlier, a home is the abode of happiness; I want that happiness to surround me all the time I stay there.

Model Answer 3:
Thank you a lot for the opportunity to let me talk about the house, sort of a dream house, that I consider perfect for me.

Well, I love nature and want my home to be close to nature. It should be out of the city crowd. It would be better if it is located near a lake and if a mountainous region is visible from the house.

The home should be moderate in size and shape. There should be two bedrooms, a living area with ample space. It should also come with a modern kitchen and two spacious bathrooms. I would like to utilize natural light, so the ventilation system needs to be quite good.

Honestly, I am not a fashionable man and this is reflected in my daily life. I do not want my home to look like something extraordinary. The outlook will be simple but the inner decoration needs to be gorgeous. I will have a minimum number of furniture. And obviously, it should be a single-storied house with a garden in front of it. It would be a plus if the house faces south.

If I can manage everything, it would be a perfect home for me. The moderately spacious house will allow me to move freely and the garden will help me grow fresh fruits and vegetables. This would be a great opportunity to live near mother nature and enjoy life as it should be - far away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
