Model Answer:
Usually, I do not prefer to eat outside food as I believe homemade food is far more nutrient and hygienic. But when I travel to a different city or an entirely new country, I try outside food as cooking at home is no longer an option then. Almost a year ago, I went to Mexico to attend an international conference where I tried a variety of food. For this topic, I will describe my experience with Mexican food in Mexico.

I attended the conference in September last year in Tijuana as a representative from my university. I flew to Mexico city first, and from there, I went to Tijuana. I tasted various types of foreign food during my three days stay there. The experience was amazing as the type of Mexican food I tried was delicious and flavourful. As I can recall, I tried Chilaquiles, Tacos, Mexican fried rice with chicken, Burritos, Enchiladas, Stirred Fish, different types of soups and a few other traditional Mexican food. A particular type of Mexican food, which I liked a bit more than most others, is called "Burritos".

A burrito is basically a cylindrically rolled flour tortilla stuffed with different ingredients of choice, often a stew. Some food vendors told me that the most popular  burrito in Mexico is the fried bean burrito with cheese and the machaca burrito. I was in love with this Mexican food and tried as many variations as I could during my stay there.

Well, I was excited about the conference and my solo travel to a long distance. So everything was a bit new for me and the food was no exception. Overall, my experience with the Mexican food is that they are quite delicious and rich. Some of them contains so many and so much spices that I could not taste them even after I wished to take a bite.

I would say that I liked most of the food I tried there. Not to mention the burrito which was my personal favourite due it its delicate taste, amazing flavour and the variation of ingredient choices.

We started our journey from the vibrant city of Da Nang and headed south toward the historic town of Hoi An, riding along winding roads that hugged the breathtaking coastline. My travel companion on this journey was my closest friend, Andrew, who, like me, has always had a passion for exploring off-the-beaten-path locations. We had been planning this road trip for months, sharing dreams of navigating Vietnam’s coastal highways ...
