Model Answer:
The number of high-rising buildings is on the rise in my country, and we have many tall buildings with great architects and outlooks. This is a residential town in the West Region of the country, and tall edifices are abundant all around this city. For this topic, I will talk about no other structure than a 40 storied multi-purpose building in which I live.

The building that I am talking about is gracefully called "Sky Lotus", which is located in a residential area in the West Region of Singapore. It is just 15 minutes walk away from the nearest metro rail, and just two blocks away from the city museum. Though this building mostly houses residents, it also has many other amenities and commercial entities like restaurants, libraries, supermalls, swimming pools, gymnasiums, shops and so on.

The building has a wide and spacious structure and it looks like a futuristic watch tower; as if right from a sci-fi movie. The inside of the building is well decorated and there are ample spaces for diversified purposes. It has a large garden on its 24th floor while a large park on its top floor. The building designers have made every effort to make it as much comfortable as possible with modern facilities, and the provision of natural lights. If you live here, you will hardly feel the need to get outside. It is a small city within a city.

The building is meant for multipurpose use. The first five floors and three underground floors are for parking, and the next ten floors are for commercial entities like shops, restaurants, libraries, and so on. The number of shops in this building is staggeringly high. You can find everything you need. I can tell that I have dined at least in twenty different varieties of restaurants so far and this is just a portion of the total. At least two thousand people live in this building in its more than 300 apartments.

As much as I like the idea of living in an individual house under the open sky, and close to the ground, it is not a practical expectation in a country like ours. So I would say I like the building because it is where my home is situated. This building is well-planned, meticulously maintained and offers a great variety of facilities and experiences. So overall, I love it.

We started our journey from the vibrant city of Da Nang and headed south toward the historic town of Hoi An, riding along winding roads that hugged the breathtaking coastline. My travel companion on this journey was my closest friend, Andrew, who, like me, has always had a passion for exploring off-the-beaten-path locations. We had been planning this road trip for months, sharing dreams of navigating Vietnam’s coastal highways ...
