Model Answer 1:
I am a trendy girl here in India and want to keep pace with the modernity. So, I do not miss the chances to be in track of the modern age. Recently I have bought a smartphone for my personal use by replacing the old mobile phone set I had.

Recently, mobile phones have become one of the most important companions for us. We cannot do a single moment without the mobile phone. It has happened as the time has been advanced to a great extent. People need to be in touch constantly and at the present time this is highly important. Hence, the need of mobile phones emerged. Earlier, people did not have so much urgency to maintain a close interaction but for the need of time, the close association has become important. The interaction is maintained by communication and mobile phone is the tool that helps people to keep connected with all. In line with the trend, I also used a mobile phone but the handset was old. So, I have bought this new handset.

In Delhi, there are a wide number of shopping malls and stores who sell mobile phone sets. I bought my HTC 626G+ dual sim mobile phone from a local mobile phone selling store in Delhi. The shop is named as The Mobile Store. The store location is at Abhishekh Tower in Alaknanda in New Delhi. The store sells mobile phones of different brands and I preferred HTC for some specific reasons. The first thing is that I needed a clear and high-resolution camera to click pictures. Moreover, I needed to browse the internet on the mobile when I am out and for that, I needed a handset that will provide me with a good speed with the internet. Budgeting was another important issue. Since I am a student, I could not afford very expensive mobile phones like the latest iPhone or Samsung. So, I picked the HTC from the store to meet my needs.

HTC is a renowned brand and the price range varies based on the phone set features. The phone that I bought cost me rupees only 12999. They have less pricy phones for use but I picked this one based on my budget. In fact, I had rupees 15,000 as my budget and planned to have a phone set within this range. So, when I found that I could get it within 13,000 rupees, I decided to get the phone. The phone is excellent and I could also use double sim cards in a single set. I do not need to carry a couple of mobile phones with me for each of the sim cards. Besides, the phone owns some special features like 5 inches touch screen display and the display resolution is 720*1280 pixels. Besides, the mobile has a camera of 13 megapixels while the front camera belongs to 2.2 megapixels. Moreover, the screen feels smoother when I touch it either to make phone calls or browse the internet. The internet speed is much faster than I expected.

I bought the phone considering several aspects and having the best use of the phone. Firstly I needed a mobile phone that will serve all of my purposes and the battery should last longer. HTC 626 G+ is the same as I expected. The battery backup is satisfactory and I could use it easily without charging for at least two days. My friend, who took me to the store, advised me to take HTC as he is also using the same phone. Besides, the phone looked smarter than the other phones to me and the colour was gorgeous. Pricing was another important dominating factor here and considering all the issues, I have bought the phone. Now I use the phone for different purposes. I use it mostly to click pictures and often I take ‘selfies’ with my friends and upload them on the social networking site – Facebook through the mobile phone. Moreover, I use the phone for browsing the internet when I am out of my home. Since I do not have any laptop or modem, I have to rely on my cell phone for the internet. Since this is an android device, I can easily install my preferred apps or games and often play the games in my leisure. I am happy indeed with the phone.

Sample Answer 2:
My college is far away from my home and so I have bought a bicycle to move for my college easily. In fact, it was the greatest decision for me so far I have taken. Thank you for the nice topic and I will describe the event now.

Riding a bicycle was my hobby. But I could not enjoy that hobby much, owing to the pressure from my parents. So, I had a plan inside my mind to get a bicycle of my own. When I used to ride the bicycles of my cousins, they did not allow me for a long time to ride on. It was another reason behind buying this bicycle. I was too happy with the piece and use it for my everyday use.

I live in Mumbai in India. A large number of shops in the city deals with bicycles. In line with the branded shops, there are some shops who sell non-branded bicycles. The price range varies based on brands. Besides, the looks of the bicycles also matter most while choosing them. I bought the bicycle from a reputed bicycle seller. The seller directly imports the bicycles from Germany. And it does not compromise with the quality. The return policy of this shop is also remarkable and it easily returns the products if there are any defects found while the rest other sellers are dissimilar.

After lots of market research and gathering information about the bicycles, I bought this one at Rs 15000. Before getting this piece, I had visited the market to know about the price. In India, you will need to bargain even in the fixed price shops. They demand more than usual and you need to negotiate with them about the pricing of the products. So, I spent a couple of days in search of a reasonable price. This was the only shop that sold bicycles at a reasonable price and assured the quality. The other sellers claimed more than the actual price of this bicycle. They demanded over Rs. 17,000 and some of them labelled it by Rs. 18,000 and so on.

I have bought it for several reasons. Mumbai is still an expanding city. A notable number of people are residing in this city. As a result, the traffic system is unable to deliver a smooth service to the commuters. Traffic congestions is a usual phenomenon inside the city. Often I had to make late in attending my college classes which are around 5 kilometres away from my residence. Besides, riding on the public transports was really a messy event. Considering everything, I decided to buy the bicycle. Now I use the bicycle to reach my college. Sometimes, I also use the bicycle to visit some other places as well.
