Model Answer 1:
I live in a joint family with my parents and relatives in Mumbai. I have a paternal cousin living with us and he is similar to me.

My parents think that a joint family is the way of living together within a family and thus they are not giving up the living. Therefore, I am living with many of my relatives and prefer to be with my cousins of my age. Kailas is one of my paternal cousins and is almost similar to me in nature and activities. It appears that we are siblings as we have many similarities. Naturally, both of us are calm and dislike the wicked kids of the family. Often the family members term us as twins since we always pass moments together and also live in the same room with another cousin of us.

Kailas is a student like me and we are in the same college having our 11th grade. He is a brilliant student with a ready wit. His sense of humour is deep and he can also make people laugh too within a few seconds with his extraordinary speaking skills. I am also a good speaker but he is more skilled than me. He likes to read books and we have bought many books together to make a library in the house. Besides, he is also a great chess player and practices his skills with me and please be noted that I am also a good chess player and been playing for a long time.

The family members believe that Kailas is a great student with his extraordinary merits and praise for his sincerity with the studies. He loves to pass times with me by performing extracurricular activities which is the most important issue for him. The other boys usually pass their times out of homes and get engaged in different mischievous activities and that is a great concern for the adults, but there are no such issues with Kailas or me. He always gets a better score comparing to me and I am also proud of that. He passes most of his time by reading and the most important fact is his humbleness in talking with everyone irrespective of caste, creed or colour.

Kailas is almost similar to me in different aspects. I like to pass times by reading different novels and my textbooks, and it is all the same for him too. I am a bit introvert and do not talk with people unless they start first, Kailas is my replica here. Although the attitudes and behaves I do with everyone is very gentle, Kailas is more humble than me in this case. When we go to attend an invitation, I do not make any hurry and Kailas follows me here. Wickedness is out of my nature and he is also like me in this sense. Our parents never think of us as the other parents do for their kids as they always perform mischievous acts and the local people most of the time comes with different allegations against them etc. In many aspects, I and Kailas are similar.

Model Answer 2:
Due to some genetical reasons, there are some similarities among family members. This is quite naturals and the similarity is also available among the relatives from far and near. Recently I have discovered that Zara, my maternal cousin, has some similarity with me. In fact, she is a copy of mine. Thank you for the nice question and I will describe her now.

Zara is the youngest daughter of my aunt (my mum’s elder sister). She lives with her family in Kuala Lumpur. She has some incredible similarities with my nature. She looks beautiful like me and looks gorgeous with her nice eyes. She also has a beautiful look for her wide forehead and long hair. In fact, she is the prettiest girl in the entire family. Besides, she is also humble and benevolent like me. So, everyone loves her much. Zara is also intelligent and smart and loves to socialise with people. As a result, she is popular among her surroundings.

Zara is a student of eighth grade. She is studying in a local school specialised in various matters. It is a surprising matter that she has been doing very good scores in the school. Her teachers are extremely happy with her. She has been scoring the highest grade in almost all the subjects. As a direct consequence, she has received multiple prizes in the school for her outstanding scores. Zara is also a very good singer. In fact, with the direct inspiration of my uncle, she is learning to sing and has developed a lot. She also loves to take part in extracurricular activities. Playing indoor and outdoor games is her hobby. But she also loves to read books in her leisure hours. She also owns a hobby like me – gardening. In fact, she has some pot plants while I have a small size of the nursery before our house.

The other family members are happy with her. They have a very positive outlook on her. My dad believe that she would be a great singer someday if she is nurtured. On the other side, her family members believe her to be a social activist for her socialising and public communication skills. Actually, she is filled with some of the best qualities which have made her exceptional than other girls of her age. She also loves to enjoy movies and possess a dream to participate in the theatre if she could get a chance later. This is really a praiseworthy attempt for her that she is preserving some of her intentions for future. Sometimes, it becomes difficult for her to manage everything in a day and she struggles with the activities. Her parents enjoy the matter and laugh at her. But she is still positives about the matters and ignores the criticisms from her parents.

Zara owns some similarity with me. First of all, when I was a girl like her, I used to do all the same activities. I loved to keep myself engaged in numerous activities that I liked. But with the passage of time, I developed maturity and started focusing on a specific issue. She is also the same. Now Zara has focused on her academic activities. Earlier, she had some troubles regarding the maintenance about all the issues she was involved in. As a result, she developed a sense like me that she needs a break and focus on the matters she is suited more. She is becoming calm like me and her instability like a kid is no more. All the features she owns now are similar to me. In fact, she is becoming a copy of mine in the present days. I am happy with her positive changes.
