Model Answer 1:
Respecting old persons is a part of our culture, and we are taught to respect our elders from our childhood which often ingrains in our brain. Though I like to believe that I admire most of the elderly I know personally, I am perhaps a bit more inclined to my grandmother whom I admire very much.

She is approximately 71 years old, though she does not look a day over 60! Her name is Amisha Neema, and I like to call her "Dida".

How long have I known her? Well, I've known her my entire life. I've heard that she was the first person who held me in her hands when I came to this world as a child. We lived in a joint family with my grandparents till I turned 17 years old. Even though my parents moved to a metro city when I turned 14, I often visited my birthplace where my grandmother still lives. And I try to keep in touch with my grandma over the mobile phone.

As a person, she is very charming. With her sweet and genuine smile, she can conquer the world! She is honest and would never compromise with her morality. That's something I have always liked about her. She is a good reader and a great storyteller. Personally, I see her as a very passionate and loving person who puts her fairness and family above everything else.

I admire her for her unconditional love for me. Whenever my parents were reluctant to listen to me or a bit annoyed, my grandmother always took my side, and that's made her one of the best friends I ever had. I also admire and respect her for her great human qualities like honesty, determination, morality, loving nature, and dedication to her family.

Model Answer 2:
My grandfather is 85 years old I admire him most for his outstanding personalities and the quality of telling interesting stories even at that age.

I live with my family and my grandfather lives with us too. Earlier, he used to live in the downtown of Mumbai. But bow has shifted to our apartment since he is suffering from health-related minor disorders. He was the officer of the foreign ministry and thus he was in love with travelling. In his early life, he was the only traveller in the entire locality who has travelled in different countries, and that happened for his official purposes. But he also went on a personal trip too in some cases. He went to different countries of the world including the USA, UK, Russia, Finland, Italy, France, Belgium, South Africa, Saudi Arabi, Jordan and few other countries, and thus he is enriched with vast knowledge. He likes to share his stories with us.

I actually got familiar with my grandfather when I was three years old as he was out of the country for his official engagement and failed to meet me after my birth. I had seen his pictures and heard about him before I met him in person. When he returned home after the trip, he was inexpressibly happy to see me and also expressed his regrets that he could not meet me in due time (still I can remember the speech when he met me for the first time in his life). He also brought many toys and clothing for me and kept the trend continued until the end of his job. Even he treats me like a child in the current days when I have turned into a stout youth.

My grandfather is able to talk in a different way that people become enchanted after talking with him. Moreover, his capability to tell stories is wonderful. When he starts telling stories of his trips to the foreign lands, we all turn into attentive listeners. He can make us laugh with his ready wit and interesting speeches. When we all the paternal cousins meet together at our home, we ask grandfather to tell something and interestingly he tells the older stories sometimes but they do not seem to older for his narrative style. Besides, he is also good in math and English and some of the neighbouring kids come twice in a week to learn the subjects and solve their mathematical troubles from him.

I admire my grandfather most for his affectionate nature. He loves all and I have never seen him hurting someone regardless of age or wealth. He is a model to us for his extraordinary modesty and also praised by the relatives and familiar people particularly for the humbleness. Moreover, my grandfather has vast experience and passed many years in abroad, and if he wanted he could have got settled in the foreign countries and got married again. But he did not do so and returned the homeland as he loves his country much.

Model Answer 3:
At present, people do not want to socialise with the senior citizens for multiple reasons. But I am a bit different from them. I like to make good relations with them for many reasons, and accordingly, I have got one whom I really admire. He is Mr Adam Smith, a neighbour of mine here in Spain. Thank you for this nice question. Here is a brief description of the event.

Mr Adam Smith is a British national living in Pamplona, Spain. In fact, he lives in the opposite direction of mine and lives with his wife. He has been living in Spain for many years and came here as a doctor to attend a conference. But he fell in love with this locality and started living here permanently. Since then, he has become almost like a native of the land. He loves to take part in all the social activities. And thus he is popular among the other people of the area.

We have settled in this town for around 12 years and Mr Adam Smith is known to us since then. In fact, he helped us a lot when my parents settled in the city. I was a young boy of nine or 10 years old then and came to know about him during the shifting process. After the meeting with Mr Adam Smith, I came to know about a good number of interesting facts. He was a very good doctor and never charged more beyond the capacity of his patients. He is also famous for his free treatments and often he provides some vitamin tablets to the kids. When I was a kid, I also had some such tablets from him. My familiarity with this gentleman is about 10 years and I have never experienced a rude remark from him. I have passed a lot of time with him and I enjoyed every second.

To be frank about Mr Adam Smith, I should say he is an excellent human being. He owns all the necessary qualities that a human should possess. He is gentle and generous. He loves to socialise with other people and always helpful to everyone. In fact, he tries to provide the best possible support from his part to his patients and the society as well. He also runs a library in line with his profession. Though he cannot manage time to be in the library always, he takes a great care for his initiative. On the other side, his wife cooperates him in all of his activities. Actually, without her support, it would have been impossible for him to be a popular man in the area. He also loves to arrange various events and cultural activities in the locality marking occasions he also proves his affection for local culture and customs.

I admire Mr Adam Smith for multiple reasons. He is a man of words. He never changes his promises and always tries to fulfil them. Besides, he is the man who never comes back from any initiative he takes. He is brave enough to deal with everything even in his late 60s. He also owns a great influence in the locality and even the city councillors take his advice when required. But he has no arrogance which is the most notable part of his character. He talks with a smiling face to everyone. The other important feature of his character is he loves of work for other selflessly which is a rare event in the present days. Based on all the events, I admire him most.
