Model Answer:

I received excellent service from "Citimart" in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam a few months ago and I would like to talk about it. I went there to purchase a gift marking the upcoming birthday of my daughter. The service that I received in this store was exceptional.

I was looking for a great birthday present for my daughter in Citimart, but I did not know what type of gift item to buy for her. So, I was looking for something randomly once I was in the shop. A salesgirl approached me and politely asked if I needed her assistance. When I said "yes", she started showing me different items while also explaining the origin, use and price of the products. By the way, before showing any gift item, she asked me about my daughter's age, preference and expectations which was very professional in my opinion. Besides, she was very helpful, cordial and patient. But to my surprise, the store manager also came to me after a while and showed me some good gift items after inquiring about my daughter's age and preference.

It was in the middle of the last year, possibly, between 14th to 17th July, nearly a week before my daughter's birthday who was turning to seven last year.

I was impressed by the support the salesperson and the manager offered. They both showed the utmost professionalism, salesmanship, and care which I really liked about this store. The manager even offered me a discount when I checked out. With their help, I had been able to pick a perfect gift for my daughter and I really felt good about the service.

1. I wanted to prepare some food items marking the birthday of my daughter here in Munich. But I could not cook many food items due to the time constrain and my lack of expertise in cooking. So, I took help from a professional chef. The chef rendered a great service. I sought help from a professional chef service providing company. It was a nice experience for me.

2. My baby boy is only one year old and he needs diapers every month. I contacted a home delivery service to deliver diapers on a certain date of the month. They have been rendering an excellent service for the last twelve months of so. They did not miss a date. And often they provide some small gifts for my baby too. This is an exceptional experience. I like their service very much.

3. Greece, as a travel destination, is awesome if you have the right tour company to give you the service. I had a chance to take service from a local tourism company when I travelled to Greece. They came with the mind-blowing service. The guide showed me all the historical and beautiful places. I was truly happy with their service.

4. I was truly frustrated when I lost my dog a couple of years ago. After a few days' futile search, I hired a professional investigating agency for finding my dog. They found my dog and I must say they gave me a great service for the money I paid them. The investigators proved their worth and found my pet within a couple of days.
