and explain why you would be good at this job.

Model Answer 1:
Managing a decent and well-paid job is often difficult in our country as the number of educated youths is much higher than the employment opportunity that our country has created. However, when it comes to a job with a higher salary at which I would be doing good, I can think of the job as a marketing manager in a multinational company. In fact, I am currently executing the role of a marketing executive at a local company, and I firmly believe that, with time, I will be doing really good as a marketing manager in a large company that would pay really high.

The job of a marketing manager that I am talking about requires a good academic record in majors like marketing, business administration and management. An MBA degree, majoring in marketing is often preferable. Besides, the position requires at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the marketing sector. Without necessary experience, you can't expect to be hired by a good company that will pay you well. As different advertisements for the post suggest, great computer and online marketing skills, smartness, management skills, team-building skills, sharp sense, instant decision-making ability, and public relations are the key qualifications in line with someone's academic activities and experience for this job.

The job of a marketing manager is a bit different from many traditional jobs as it involves creating a bold presence of a brand in the market, managing other sales executives, creating an impact in the market and not to mention reaching the sales target in each quarter. In fact, the job of marketing manager seems like an easy one from the outside, but it is a challenging job. It requires a special set of skills and expertise. For instance, if you are responsible for promoting any product, you need to make sure that you follow the right strategy. In many cases, people are reluctant to buy new products or take a new service. So, it is up to the marketing manager to make it happen.

I would be good at this position as I've got the relevant academic qualifications and skills to do this job. I have been working in this sector for the last five years. Thus I have come to know about many factors that can help me perform my responsibilities perfectly. Furthermore, I have acquired the necessary skills to set effective marketing strategies considering the needs of the potential consumers at any specific locality. Based on the grounds, I believe that I would be good at this job.

Sample Answer 2:
Every one of us wants to have a good job and a great salary package to lead a standard life. Thus, they are in a race to get a good job. I am not an exception to this career race either. I have been trying to be a legal advisor (or simply a lawyer, a really good one, in fact) and I believe I would be great at this job.

The position of a legal advisor is an enviable job in our country, and a notable number of people are after it because it provides a great career opportunity and pays very well.

Being a legal advisor requires a higher academic qualification in legal affairs. Besides, you will need to pass some specialised exams to be able to work as a legal adviser. In it, you need to learn and understand laws pretty perfectly and present others to the court of justice.  I believe, as a legal advisor, someone will need to be intelligent and apply analysing capacity to bring out the right solution to any legal problem. A higher level of knowledge on national legal issues and important laws and acts is a must for a legal advisor.

Advising people and organisations on their legal issues is completely different from many other traditional jobs we know about. Most of the time, the laws and acts forbid activities of various corporations or persons with the charges of violation of laws while the legal advisors try to bring a neutral, remarkable and favourable solution by representing documents and evidence in support of their respective clients. So, to bring the solutions, they need to work hard and analyse the available resources and documents. It is a great job in terms of serving people, society and organizations and their interests while also maintaining a balance in society and the state.

My grandfather was a renowned lawyer while one of my uncles is still a defence lawyer. So, from my childhood, I had a passion for this career. Besides, I can analyse anything critically and apply my ready wits and knowledge to get a proper solution. Most importantly, I am a post-graduate student in legal affairs, and I have completed my graduation from the same discipline. So, I firmly believe that if I can keep practising for a couple of years, I could become a very good lawyer or legal advisor by using my skills and expertise.
